Welcome to Trinix. By accessing or using our websites, API, bot, or other products and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.
